Soap on, squeegee through, streak-free glass — that's the whole trick, done right every time. We started on ropes and rock faces, some time on a ladder is just another day.
The best compliment a clean window gets is no compliment at all — just an unobstructed view. That's the standard we hold every pane to, from a ground-floor bay window to the dormer you've been avoiding for years.
We hand-wash every exterior pane, wipe down sills and frames, and knock loose cobwebs and debris from tracks along the way. No shortcuts, no half-cleaned corners.
Every quote is built from four things: total pane count, ground floor vs. second-story access, window size and style, and any add-ons you'd like included. Second-story panes run a bit more since they mean ladders and more careful work — but you still get one flat number before we start, not a bill built by the hour.
Ground floor: $5–6/pane · Second story: $8–9/pane
A note on screens: we wipe down and clean screens in place on every visit. Full removal and deep-scrub isn't offered as a stand-alone service right now — it needs interior access, and most Denver homes don't have exterior-popping screens anyway. Keeps every visit fast and fully exterior. Most Denver homes run $150–$300 for a standard exterior clean, with larger or multi-story homes pricing higher.
Commercial quality lighting at residential prices to brighten your holidays. Everything is custom cut to fit. You pay by the foot so you only pay for what goes up. Installation, maintenance, removal, and storage – all you need to do is cut the check.
We measure your rooflines, gables, and trees, hang commercial-grade C9s, and come back after the season to take everything down and store it.
We already brought the ladders, so clearing leaves, needles, and grit out of your gutters and downspouts takes a few extra minutes, not a second appointment. It's the easiest add-on we offer, and one of the most useful. We charge by the gutter because we know that the gutter on the side of the house with no trees is already clean.
"Every clean pull of the squeegee leaves one fresh, unbroken track through the glass. That's the standard — one pass, no streaks, no going back over it."

Before this was a window cleaning company, it was years of racking gear, building anchors, and being genuinely at ease a long way off the ground. That background shows up in the work: steady on ladders, careful with your property, and unbothered by a window most companies would rather skip.
We're a small, local crew — not a franchise — which means the person who quotes your job is often the same person up on the ladder.
